Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (ramen, udon, or lo mein)
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 4 oz protein (chicken, tofu, shrimp), sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Optional: green onions, sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add protein and cook until browned or cooked through.
  5. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Toss to combine.
  7. Stir in sesame oil.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
