- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Remove from oven. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows over the top.
- Return to oven for 2-3 minutes, or until marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For extra gooey marshmallows, you can briefly broil the top for 30-60 seconds, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Ensure the brownies are completely cooled before cutting for clean slices.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
