- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
- Brew strong coffee and let it cool completely.
- Pour the chilled coffee into ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
- Once frozen, place the coffee ice cubes into a blender or food processor.
- Pulse until the coffee is shaved into fine ice crystals.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the coffee ice into serving bowls.
- Drizzle the cream mixture over the shaved ice.
- Add your favorite toppings.
