Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. oat milk
  • 1 tsp. ashwagandha powder
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine almond milk, oat milk, ashwagandha powder, maca powder, cinnamon, ginger powder, and black pepper in a saucepan.
  2. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring constantly until warm. Do not boil.
  3. If desired, stir in maple syrup.
  4. Pour into a mug and enjoy immediately.
