Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp. oat milk
- 1 tsp. ashwagandha powder
- 1 tsp. maca powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger powder
- 1 tsp. maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Combine almond milk, oat milk, ashwagandha powder, maca powder, cinnamon, ginger powder, and black pepper in a saucepan.
- Heat gently over medium heat, stirring constantly until warm. Do not boil.
- If desired, stir in maple syrup.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy immediately.

- You can add other adaptogens like reishi or cordyceps powder.
